Appartamento bellissimo
L' appartamento è bellissimo, molto ben ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Noi ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Posizionato in una zona tranquilla ed a pochi passi dal centro di Ortisei e dai negozi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e vi forniranno tutto il necessario per rendere estremamente piacevole la nostra vacanza. Impagabile la colazione nel piccolo giardino di fronte alla casa, scaldato dai primi raggi di sole. Siamo stati davvero entusiasti della settimana trascorsa. Ci torneremo certamente!!

Un Maso da Sogno
Il maso dei Signori Claudia e Bruno è meraviglioso: gli appartamenti sono stupendi, arredati con gusto e con il giusto mix tra stile tradizionale e modernità. Sono riforniti di tutto, non c'è una sola cosa di cui avrete bisogno che non vi troverete! Puliti, luminosi e spaziosi, veramente perfetti. A disposizione c'è una sala lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice, una stanza per il deposito scarponi e sci (riscaldata) ed una sauna bellissima. Ogni mattina se vorrete, avrete la possibilità di gustare latte, yogurt, formaggi e uova prodotti da loro; al piano terra del maso si trova infatti la stalla con le mucche, ed uno spazio dedicato a conigli, anatre e galline. Ideale anche per i bambini che rimarranno incantati dalla vista degli animali. La proprietà si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Ortisei, ma c'è la possibilità di prendere un autobus che vi porterà al centro del paese o verso gli impianti. La tessera autobus settimanale viene gentilmente offerta dai proprietari, così come l'entrata al centro benessere del paese. Claudia e Bruno sono due persone molto disponibili e cordiali che vi sapranno dare consigli ed indicazioni e soprattutto vi faranno sentire immediatamente a casa. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio di soggiornare da loro, noi torneremo presto!

La casa del cuore
La mia recensione non può essere che positiva. Ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno presso la casa di Claudia e Bruno è stato perfetto. L'abitazione è un antico maso completamente ristrutturato composto da 3 ampie camere da letto di cui una con cabina armadio e bagno in camera, un secondo bagno completo di doccia e vasca e cucina/soggiorno. Inoltre vi è anche una camera comune con gli altri appartamenti con sauna e zona relax, un angolo magico in cui rilassarsi. L'ambiente si presenta nel complesso elegante e confortevole, pulizia eccellente. Possibilità di poter portare animali con se che per noi che abbiamo un cane di taglia grande è stato fondamentale. La cordialità dei proprietari è la ciliegina sulla torta che ha reso il nostro soggiorno una bellissima esperienza sulle incantevoli Dolomiti. Consigliassimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Traumhafter Winterurlaub
Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage rundum genossen, tolle Unterkunft und traumhafte Umgebung. Alles war zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar und super organisiert. Nach einem herrlichen Tag im Schnee mit Ski und Rodeln konnten wir Abends noch die Sauna im Haus genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Abzügen in der B-Note
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist aber eher für 6 Personen geeignet. Zum einen sind die Zimmer arg eng, wenn man ein Zustellbett reinstellt. Zum anderen war die Matratze des Zustellbetts für unseren Sohn leider ziemlich unbequem, so dass er nach 2 Tagen zu uns ins Bett kam. Das Wifi hat leider nicht funktioniert, was eine mittlere „Katastrophe“ / „das Ende der Welt“ ist, wenn man mit Teenagern reist. Den wunderschönen Außenbereich konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen. Es gibt 2 Hasen, einige Kühe und einen Hühnerstall (der Hahn ist wohlerzogen und kräht zu sehr humanen Uhrzeiten 😄) Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen.

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location
The property was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had a lovely outdoor space. Everything was within easy reach, including the shops and the mountain lifts. The scenery surrounding Ortesei is truly spectacular with a variety of different trails to suit everyone.

Saubere und sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung im EG mit Gartenanteil (Frühstück draußen möglich). Kleiner Bioladen mit eigenen hochwertigen Erzeugnissen (Milch, Joghurt, Marmelade, Eier, etc.). Klasse Ortslage nur ca. 600 m bis zur Fußgänerzone. Wirtsleute sind sehr nett. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Cozy, well appointed, happy memory of a lifetime
We arrived from Milano tired, and Claudia responded quickly to help us get settled in. The place had everything we needed and more. The farm fresh milk, eggs, jams and yogurt were unforgettable and delicious. The kitchen was a joy to use. The views and nearby walks were lovely. The commercial center and grocery are a short walk (5 min), and only a few more minutes walk to the enclosed lifts to the mountain tops, where the restaurants were very good. We enjoyed the provided passes for bus service and the “mar Dolomiti” swimming center. This made it easy to visit Bolzano without needing to drive a car. Claudia and Bruno were so friendly and generous to us and our 3 year old. Try staying here for a memory of a lifetime!

Paradise
My kids, 8 & 5, and my family absolutely loved staying here! Once you’ve parked in the easy parking spots you don’t need to move for your entire stay. It’s within walking distance of the city center and the gondola. The hosts are so friendly and let our kids help with getting eggs from the chicken coop. Our kids also enjoyed playing with the bunnies and drinking the fresh milk from the cows. It was an absolutely peaceful and lovely stay.

Einfach einmalig
Zum dritten Mal durften wir bei Claudia und Bruno zu Gast sein. Die Wohnung Trafuei ist sehr hochwertig und urgemütlich ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die leckeren Bioprodukte, von Claudia selbst hergestellt, schmecken der ganzen Familie. Die Lage ist perfekt, es sind nur wenige hundert Meter bis in den Ortskern von Sankt Ulrich. Wer dort seinen Urlaub verbringen kann, darf sich glücklich schätzen.

Herbst-Winterwandern in toller Umgebung
Wir haben unserer Urlaub in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super (Einrichtung, Küchenutensilien), wir haben nichts vermisst und insbesondere dass es eine gute Auswahl an Gewürzen / Kräutern gibt, war toll. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge und auch das einkaufen von frischen Lebensmitteln im Hofladen und in den kleinen Läden "um die Ecke" macht einfach Spaß. Von den Seilbahnen hatte zu unserer Zeit nur noch die auf die Seiser Alm offen, das hochfahren lohnt sehr - es ist wunderschön dort, für uns insbesondere durch den Schnee. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine tolle Zeit in St. Ulrich, mit schönen Wanderungen und gemütlichen Abenden. Um den Secada noch zu erkunden müssen wir dann wohl früher im Jahr kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die freundliche Aufnahme, die guten Tipps und die schöne Zeit in der Wohnung!

Schönste Ferienwohnung in der wir je waren!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch wenn das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können. Aber so waren wir um so glücklicher, dass wir eine Ferienwohnung hatten, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern, da ist nicht beschönigt, wie bei vielen anderen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und mit Liebe zusammengestellt. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderschöne bestickte Bettwäsche! Auch draußen ist alles mit Liebe dekoriert. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und werden die Wohnung von Claudia und Bruno weiterempfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet - u.a. auch mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Spültabs, Gewürzen -, die Bäder sind modern und die Lage hervorragend. Die Innenstadt von St. Ulrich und 3 Seilbahnen sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Highlights für Kinder sind die Kühe, 2 Kaninchen, Hühner, Enten und der Spielplatz hinter dem Haus. Nicht zu vergessen die Familie Obletter ist sehr freundlich.

We could not wish for a better place to stay. The property itself is extremely clean and has all you need. The property is conveniently located near the village as well as a bakery and grocery shop. Absolutely perfect and magical.
Claudia's place is simply AMAZING. The location is perfect, a short walk into town. The place was very clean, the kitchen had anything we needed for cooking. We had 3 children with us (8,7,1 1/2), and unlike many vacation rentals this place was very safe and comfortable for the toddler. The fresh milk, eggs, & yogurt were delightful. The sauna was beyond a dream. We would absolutely stay again, and will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Claudia for providing the most perfect place for our holiday vacation!

Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement! Bis ins kleinste Detail mit so viel Herz hergerichtet-nicht nur die Wohnung,sondern das ganze Haus und die Außenanlagen! Ein wunderschönes Domizil für die ganze Familie! Durch die abgetrennte kleine,weitere Wohneinheit ein erholsamer Aufenthalt für drei Generationen! The property has tons of character but also a very well equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Beautiful old organic farmhouse very close (3-minute walk) to a picturesque village in a stunning area. The surrounding garden holds cows, chickens and fruit trees which products are sold from the house by the farmer's wife. The apartments are modern and very clean with the right amount of a regional touch. It was all very relaxing and we will definitely return.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien auf dem Hof. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Insbesondere die Sauna hat es uns angetan, die haben wir trotz des Sommerwetters genutzt (im Winter wahrscheinlich ein absolutes Highlight). Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist optimal, zum Ortskern läuft man wenige Minuten, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aus St. Ulrich fahren die Seilbahnen zur Seiser Alm, zur Seceda und zum Raschötz, man braucht also kaum das Auto vor Ort. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen!

Warm welcome in Urtisei
We had one week with our two sons at Uridl and enjoyed every minute. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and, despite our inadequate German, did everything to make our stay relaxing and interesting. The farm operation seems to be more like a small holding, with milk and soft cheese produced on site from the three cows. We bought fresh supplies daily when we discovered they were available. There are rabbits, ducks and free range chickens to keep children amused and plots growing strawberries and raspberries. The farm is close to the town centre and surrounded by houses, yet our impression was of a quiet, friendly place with easy access to cable cars up to the mountain meadows and lots of well planned walking routes. Bolzano is just one hour away by comfortable bus journey if you want to go and see the ice man in the museum of archaeology.

Zentral gelegener, schöner bewirtschafteter Bauernhof. Top modern ausgestattete Wohnung, vollkommen ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Alles in Laufweite. Schönes Skigebiet. Ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Gerne immer wieder.

Great place for summer holidays with the children
A lovely and well equipped apartment and great place to relax. We travelled with three kids (6,4 and 2) and they loved exploring the gardens, feeding the chickens and rabbits. An amazingly convinent location which felt like you were in the countyside yet only 5 mins walk into the centre of town. So much to explore and do with the family, the three main chairlifts were all within walking distance and we enjoyed the three day lift pass as children under 6 were free. Lovely hospitality from both owners talking to the children and letting them watch the milking of the cows.

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir Gast im Uridl-Hof. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich besonders schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Lage ist gut. Wenn wir wieder in Südtirol Urlaub machen, buchen wir sicher den Uridl-Hof!
