“Overall, it was a good day, but there were itty-bitty little ants all over my bathroom counter in the morning. I killed probably 20 to 30 of them.
I was also very disappointed when I mistakenly booked Orlando instead of Port Canaveral that this management team did not allow me to cancel with 30 days plus notice, when Expedia contacted them. I tried twice.”

“Sara was amazing. She and one other coworker were the only ones working, and they were handling the front desk, bar, and kitchen all at once. With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise!
