Questa casa vanta una casa vacanza, tutto al riguardo! Location, Margaritaville, Tan Tar A Estates, Waterfront with a Dock and a Commanding Lakeview. Ora parliamo di The House, come puoi vedere è decorato con gusto con pavimenti in legno, ponti all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio Lakeview e camino a gas! La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size e le altre due camere da letto al piano inferiore offrono due letti queen ciascuna! Esatto, 2 letti queen-size Ciascuno, insieme a un divano letto nel soggiorno, ti dà l'opportunità di dormire comodamente fino a 12 persone in letti e c'è molto spazio per un paio di materassi ad aria. Dal momento in cui varcherete la soglia saprete di aver fatto la scelta giusta! La vista lago mozzafiato può essere goduta da quasi ogni stanza della casa. Ognuna delle due camere da letto inferiori ha il proprio balcone privato con vista lago, piccolo frigorifero e macchina per il caffè. Il livello superiore della casa comprende la Master Suite, il soggiorno con camino a gas, la zona pranzo e la cucina. Spazzare lungo la riva del lago della casa è un grande ponte all'aperto che comprende la vasca idromassaggio, il grill a gas e l'arredamento del patio per godersi l'incredibile vista lago mentre vi godete la vita del lago! Tutte e tre le camere offrono TV via cavo e WiFi è disponibile in tutta la casa. Come se ciò non bastasse, c'è anche un grande ponte Martini Lakeside con posti a sedere avvolgenti che si avvicina al Dock. Il molo ha una grande piattaforma da bagno con esposizione a ovest per prendere il sole, un ascensore PWC e sebbene il proprietario tenga la sua barca qui c'è molto spazio per legare sul lato del molo. Tan Tar A Estates confina con il resort e si trova al 25 Mile Marker del bellissimo Lago degli Ozarks! Puoi goderti la maggior parte dei servizi di The Resort ma ci sono alcune aree che possono essere apprezzate solo dagli ospiti del Resort. Tan Tar A Estates ha due piscine all'aperto e il campo da golf a 9 buche Hidden Lakes per il tuo divertimento. Tan Tar A Estates, Margaritaville si trova appena fuori dalla spiaggia di Osage al largo della Route KK ed è vicino a tutte le attrazioni della zona del lago, tra cui il parco acquatico Big Surf, i ristoranti sul lungomare e la vita notturna! We decided to go to the Lake of the Ozarks area on a whim and we were not disappointed. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the family. Plenty of things to do in the area without the congestion that comes with beach areas. No one wanted to leave they had enjoyed the stay so much. Great family vacation !

Terrific Lake House

Very nice property with all the amenities. Located in popular part of Lake of the Ozarks. The sunsets from the back deck were some of the most beautiful we have ever seen.

Great location, great estate amenities.

The home is excellent for a family stay. It is in an accessible location on the lake and provided great views. The Tan Tar A estate access to pools including Margaritaville was an unexpected surprise.

John went above and beyond as a property manager! Great location! Was short on basics such as paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels etc Not as clean as I would prefer! Difficult to use lounge chairs on dock as all tied together!

Nice property but don’t stay on holiday weekends. Housing is so tight the loud partying neighbors & their music prevent peaceful sleep & the 11 PM to 7 AM quiet ordnance is not enforced!

We cannot recommend this property. The back yard and patio were unusable and in dangerous condition. Very unkept with weeds growing throughout. There was even a axe left laying in the grass. The unit itself did not feel clean. There was absolutely zero water pressure in the showers. One of the refrigerators in the kitchen was not functioning and had a horrendous smell. We questioned whether the bed linens were clean. Very disappointed in our stay, unfortunately.

Would be a nice property if taken care of

The property was not clean or well maintained. The furniture looked like it came from garage sales. The outdoor furniture was broken and a lot of it unusable. The house itself needed a good cleaning and maintenance. The first day there the shower doors in the upstairs bathroom fell out. I had to catch them to keep them from hitting the floor and me. The clip that keeps them in track was missing. Then the oven stopped working. We had to have maintenance out twice to get it to work. The rug in my son’s bedroom had shredded near the door leaving the tack strip exposed. My son stepped on it and punctured his foot. All and all I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they cleaned better, repaired the rug, replaced the outdoor furniture. Also, part of the cement cook was broken out leaving the rebar exposed. A small child could get injured if they accidentally stepped there. The grounds weren’t taken care of, just weeds with a few plants.

We were worried we would not be able to find a place for the four of us to stay, while we were at our conference. This was perfect for what we needed. It was close to the conference center. It worked out well for all of us.

Housekeeping Needs to Get With the Program

Spent a week with our family of ten (6 adults + 4 kids - ages 1, 3, 7, 10). We arrived and entered as instructed. The first impression was that the place is a bit dated, and it could stand to be updated. Formica countertop in the kitchen and some upscaled painting is needed. We did a quick inventory (we arrived early) then headed to Walmart for cleaning supplies. It really really needed a deep cleaning. We cut them some slack because a group had just left but it seemed doubtful that the place ever got a pre-season deep clean due to the dust/debris inside cabinets and closets. It was doable but should have been taken care of. Several light bulbs were out but the mgr. quickly had a full box of bulbs for me to replace. The dock was nice but the jetski lift did not function which meant we had to tie it up alongside the dock which was bucked all day long with huge waves. Lake of the Ozarks is huge and full of boats; and not just any ol' boat. These are ocean racers and huge yachts that throw up tremendous wakes. It is constant from about 9 am until sundown. It does make for some fun swimming! Our only snafu of concern was the washing machine. We brought limited clothing since we had a washer/dryer unit but these went down on day two. The mgr. had replacement towels for us but we had to make do or go to a laundrymat for washing which was not on our agenda for the week. But we had little tykes who needed clean clothes so.... The grill worked great and we enjoyed sitting dockside or on the deck enjoying the fabulous sunsets. We cooked breakfasts in the house and all worked reasonably well. We rented a jetski and a pontoon boat which were both a hit with the kids. The beds were comfy and each family unit had their own shower/bath which was very nice. Positive: great location, kitchen was nice, bath/bedrooms fine, fantastic views, dock great, decks nice, tv in every room Negative: not clean as should have been, broken jetski ramp, broken clothes washing machine I would give them a B+ for effort - this was one of the busiest times of the year so I cut them quite a bit of slack, but housekeeping needs to up their game.

Property well maintained and clean. Great view of the lake and the dock was extra special. Boys got to fish and swim right out the back door. John personally came by with a colleague to quickly address a minor issue - ended up delivering a new TV and an air mattress. Complete courtesy and just an amazing person.

Very nice home.

Very nice home. The hot tub and view were amazing. Loved the neighborhood and winding roads. I was told the wrong gate code which was annoying but fixed easily. Also, some lights did not work in the house. Light bulbs were out. Also, one wall of power did not work and I had to reset a blown fuse.

Winter time Lakehouse rental

We picked an unusual time to rent a lakehouse in February, but we wanted a quick get away. The view of the lake was beautiful in and outside the house. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub soaking up the lake views. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The owners were flexible with our dates since there was a big snowstorm on the day we were supposed to check in. This was our first time to Lake of the Ozarks, but we would definitely rent this house again in the Summer time.
