Se stai cercando una vacanza economica ma lussuosa vicino a St. Louis e Kansas City, questo è il tuo prossimo luogo di vacanza! La nostra casa ha tutti i comfort di un resort a cinque stelle, oltre ai comfort che potresti trovare solo nelle migliori case.

La cucina è completamente arredata, sono disponibili tutte le esigenze dall'apertura di una bottiglia di vino alla preparazione di un pasto di sette portate. Se hai intenzione di usare la cucina, troverai pesce fresco, i migliori prodotti e il reparto carne di prima qualità dietro l'angolo nel nostro negozio di pesce locale e il negozio di alimentari di proprietà privata.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di biancheria da letto e biancheria di alta qualità per un comfort totale dopo una lunga giornata al sole sul lago! Tutte le camere sono dotate di vasca / doccia separate per la massima privacy in ogni camera. La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 14 persone.

Sui ponti posteriori, puoi goderti la vista del nostro favoloso lago, con una vista schermata dal primo piano e una terrazza coperta al piano inferiore. Tre camere hanno il proprio accesso a un ponte tranquillo e rilassante.

Se speri di trovare una casa per tutta la famiglia, questa è la casa perfetta. Scendi e goditi anche Tan Tar A Resort, che offre passeggiate a cavallo, bowling, mini-golf, due campi da golf, spa, ristoranti fast food, cucina raffinata, bar sportivi e una caffetteria. C'è anche un parco acquatico al coperto tutto l'anno, perfetto per una vacanza in autunno o in inverno!

NOTA BENE: le tenute di Tan-Tar-A sono sempre state conosciute per la loro atmosfera familiare. Se sei una confraternita o un gruppo di giovani adulti che hanno intenzione di fare festa (es. Birra pong, follia, musica ad alto volume dopo le ore), per favore trova un'altra casa in un altro vicino. Se la direzione riceve reclami, ti verrà chiesto di partire.

Family Get Away

Our family wanted to get a quick start to the summer and we enjoyed our time at Tan Tar A and Margaritaville. There were 10 of us and the house was plenty big enough. The hot tub was a favorite. Things were clean and comfortable. Kathleen, the host, was in contact with us and pleasant and helpful in every respect. We would definitely rent again.

Nice area

Needs some TLC in some places, tv down stairs didn’t work, refrigerator strip is coming off , jacuzzi tub upstairs has a chunk out of it and is really load to run - also needs a shower up there. But we did have an excellent time.

Great short get away

We had 9 family members along with 2 infants. I was very impressed by the amenities we had available to us, the property was very clean, and Kathleen was more than helpful! The guys had a great time golfing for free. The balcony off the living room area with a TV & hot tub were the hit for the long weekend. Highly recommend this rental!

Great family trip

Very clean my mom was impressed. Great space for our whole family but ever wanted to sit outside. Love that there is a tv on screened in porch. The host was very responsive. We loved the pool on the estate. The vacinity was close to everything. W we would stay again. The only complaint was the upstairs master suite has no shower and was not cool.

Great family weekend at the lake!

This property was perfect for our weekend family getaway. Check-in was a breeze. The host was awesome. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. The open living room, kitchen and dining area was great for hanging out together. But there was also plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 8-16. The condo and the Margaritaville Resort had plenty to keep us all entertained. I appreciated the entry, main living areas, and one of the bedrooms were on one level as my arthritis makes stairs a challenge. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor waterpark at the resort, while grandma relaxed in the hot tub on the private deck with a view of the lake. The location is great for all the fun things the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer, but there also is plenty to do around the resort. I would definitely recommend! We will be checking in on this property as well as host Kathleen Garcia’s other property on the lake for our next visit.

Lots of Room, Great Hosts

No complaints at all about the place. The bed was comfortable as well. We were not there long, so there is not a lot to say except it delivered in every way we wanted and is much larger than it seems. The one thing I would say is that it is not super easy to get to, but the owner went above and beyond to get me there and I can't say enough nice things about their effort to ensure a nice stay.

This home has tons of potential, but may need some updating. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. Our group had a great time and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and visit comfortably.

Bike Fest

We had 10 adults in our group, there was plenty of room in the house for all of us plus some. We did have a few issues but we were able to reach out to the host and get them taken care of fairly quickly. The parking wasn’t wonderful, but we were able to make it work. House to close to the strip where we spent a lot of our time.

Family get away at the Ozarks

My family and friends had a great time, the home was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub and family sun-room was a plus. Though we did not barbeque bcs it was raining but the grill was available for our use. The kids had a great time at the pool. The place is really homey and lovely. I will diffinately rent again.
