Venite a provare una vacanza rilassante in un meraviglioso piccolo lago "Kozy Kottage" situato a soli 25 piedi dall'acqua. I nostri ospiti avranno accesso ad un molo privato in una baia tranquilla. Potrete godere di un intero lato destro del molo, sdraie, un tavolo patio. C'è un ascensore disponibile per una singola PWC, altre imbarcazioni può essere legato al lato del molo durante il vostro soggiorno. I giochi d'acqua includono uno scivolo, trampolino, pedalò, canoe e un grande watermat. saranno fornite anche diversi giubbotti di salvataggio.

E 'in affitto a più convenientemente situato presso il lago! Situato sul miglio marcatore 17. 2 sul Osage, nella baia "Old Ski Show". Si tratta di meno di 1 miglio al largo Osage Beach Parkway off MO-54 - minuti dal Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, Dierbergs, Hy-Vee e molti dei ristoranti popolari di Osage Beach e vita notturna. Si trova vicino a molti di divertimento del lago si ferma come Dog Days, pantaloni corti e rossa Yacht Club per l'acqua o con l'auto, Corso d'acqua deviata Jack è la prossima baia sopra.

La vista dall'interno della casa ed il grande ponte è spettacolare !! Ha una bella zona giorno con cucina completa fornita di piatti, utensili, pentole e padelle, elettrodomestici full size e piccoli elettrodomestici come tostapane, frullatore e un forno a microonde. Può ospitare fino a 4 con 2 camere da letto - una con un letto matrimoniale l'altra con un letto a castello. saranno forniti tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno.

La piattaforma esterna spazioso è in ombra di due alberi di quercia mostro. Esso comprende una splendida vista del lago, tavoli patio, diverse sedie e un grill a gas per grigliate.

"Kozy Kottage" è perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia a godere di un tempo di divertimento presso il lago del Ozarks !!!

We had a great time on the dock with our young adult daughters. Perfect place for us 4. Only a few minutes up to the city of Osage Beach. Enjoyed our sunset evening views. Cottage was comfortable and relaxing. We definitely look forward to coming back.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! So welcoming and comfortable. Its in cove off the main channel so the boat noise is very minimal. Fantastic views of the lake from the dining/living room. The beds were so comfortable!!! I would definitely book this charming little cottage again in the future! Thank you Karen for the lovely stay!

Beautiful property stocked with everything you need. Hosts were very nice and responsive. My son and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend fishing on the dock, taking out the paddle pontoon, and watching movies! Will return for sure!

Great view of the water right from the living room with giant windows. Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats. We had such a great time on the dock, it had everything we needed. It was a blast and my husband who does not get in lakes actually swam in it! Great hosts who were very attentive!

This place is a gem! Great location! The hosts checked on us to see if we needed anything, but the place is so fully furnished there isn’t much you will want or need. If you are looking at a place to enjoy lake life, this is it. We will be back!

This was our first visit to Lake of the Ozarks, and we were so lucky to stay at the Kozy Kottage. Beautiful views, great location, and welcoming hosts. The cottage was recently updated and offers everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

The house is small. Fitted more for a couple or family with very young children. It is cute and has amenities. At first glance it appears to be clean. But could use a good deep cleaning and attention to detail on several levels. If your a tall or large person it will be difficult or impossible to use toilet due to a very tight and cramped bathroom. The home uses a septic tank with no ventilation. The toilet paper stored under the sink and all towels and linens smelled of mold and sewage. Under the lip of the shower wall was a thick coating of mold growth. The home smelled of Glade plug in mixed with mildew and mold. All our cloths, worn or not along with our personal pillows had to be washed when we returned home. The driveway is on Extremely steep incline that is not fully described in the profile. The walk from the carport to the house is difficult for anyone, but almost impossible for anyone who has health concerns or elderly. The owners live next door and the property is under continual surveillance. A camera is directed at the front door that has uncovered windows. If someone walks in front of the door from the inside, the camera turns on and blasts a light into the house. The feeling of being continually watched lingered for the week of our stay. The hosts were not as personable as noted in others reviews or as hospitable in person as they were when we messaged prior to our stay. We made the best of the accommodations since we committed over 1K$ nonrefundable

Nice, clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space with deck, dock, lounge chairs, tables, slide, diving board, lily pad, floaties etc. Also a paddle boat and canoe to get out on the water in the cove. Location is close to Walmart, restaurants, grocery, plus any lake destination points. If you like to get your workout in, Central Fitness is close and has reasonable day/week passes. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Karen was absolutely amazing. The cottage was so clean, so cute and so cozy. The dock was beautiful, deep water for swimming and fishing. Sunsets were absolutely gorgeous and it was literally 5 to 10 minutes from everything. You will not find a cuter and nicer cottage in this location. They had everything you needed for fun on the lake and for any cooking needs. You will not be disappointed in this property. We are already planning on coming back!
