The Space
This spacious lakefront home is designed for comfort, connection, and lake-loving fun! With three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The main level features a modern open layout with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, large island, and dining room—all with stunning lake views. You`ll also find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom on this floor, along with a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Step out to the upper deck to relax, grill on the pellet smoker, or simply soak in the peaceful views.

Downstairs, the lower level offers a cozy queen bedroom, a spacious living room with two pullout sofas, and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There`s also an office nook with a printer and a laundry area for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the lower patio with extra seating and a firepit—perfect for evenings under the stars.

The property includes 2 boat slips, both with a width of 11 ft 6 in. One slip measures 31 ft long, while the other measures 39 ft long, with an overhead clearance of 10 ft. The dock also features a swimming area where guests can jump off the ladder and enjoy the water. Boat parking and electricity hookup for boats are available by advance reservation only. A daily fee of $50 applies for boat parking and electricity use.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, upper and lower decks, backyard, and private dock during your stay. Check-in is easy with a personalized digital code provided on the day of your arrival—no need to meet anyone or pick up keys. The driveway has space for up to 3 vehicles, and you`ll find everything clearly labeled and ready for your group. If you are found hosting a party, you will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of rents paid, and any community fines will be your responsibility.
*Guest Policy
Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
*Non-Smoking Property
Smoking, including vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, and other inhalation devices, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Smoking on property will incur a fee of $500.00 additional cleaning.
Violations of this rule are considered a breach of the rental agreement, and immediate damages will be charged, with potential early termination of the lease and loss of all rents paid.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors.

Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval, a signed pet agreement, and verification. An additional daily pet fee will apply. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund.

Guest Verification: All occupants must be verified prior to arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Be a Good Neighbor: Please respect the property, community, and surrounding homes. Loud parties or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Guests are required to follow all provided check-in and check-out instructions.

Policy Enforcement: Failure to follow these rules or any other house guidelines may result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal of any posted reviews per platform policy.

No Smoking Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free property, including all indoor areas, outdoor decks, patios, and the dock. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking or evidence (including odor, ashes, or damage), a minimum cleaning and restoration fee of up to $500 will be charged to the guest.
