Posizione, posizione, posizione. Questa bella casa si trova in una baia protetta vicino al 18mm. Ha una fantastica vista sul canale principale e sul ponte a pedaggio. È incluso l'accesso al molo privato di 1700 mq con scivolo da 14 piedi X 14 piedi, 2 ascensori PWC e mobili da giardino. Situato nel cuore di Osage Beach, a 5 minuti da numerosi ristoranti e negozi. Il famoso ristorante e sushi bar sul lungomare Backwater Jacks è a pochi minuti in barca o in auto.

Questa casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni con 2 zone giorno e un bar. Al piano inferiore la zona giorno ha un divano letto con materasso in memory foam. Tre camere e aree comuni hanno tutte una vista sul lungomare. La 4a camera ha due letti a castello completi di materassi memory foam molto confortevoli. Al piano superiore la zona giorno ha un divano e un divano con un sacco di spazio. È anche una sala da teatro con audio surround Bose, grande tv a schermo piatto e lettore Blueray / Dvd. Due grandi ponti patio sono l'ideale per grigliate e il ponte martini sul lungomare è un bel posto per prendere un drink sulla strada per il molo.

We had a group of 8 adults and loved this house and location. Super easy to find, close to the main channel but far enough we could float and not get rocked by waves. The dock was amazing also. House was spacious and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Great home to stay with our family. Communication with the owners was outstanding (prompt replies and very friendly) when asking questions about the property, during the booking and check-in process, and during our stay. The property is very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. Our elderly parents, who have a hard time with stairs, were able to access the kitchen, family room, master bedroom/bathroom, and large deck areas overlooking the lake with only one small step into the house from the driveway - exactly what we were looking for. The boat dock and dock area was very large and could accommodate our boat and jet ski. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Lake of the Ozarks family vacation.

Great spot overall

17mm is a fantastic location by water and Osage Beach side by land. We had a 38’ long boat and the slip was a nice accommodation and nice dock with tables and chairs to hang out. I would recommend this home and would stay there again! Property managers are very responsive to anything you may need.

Stayed at this house for my bachelor party and it had everything we needed. Fit all my guys and all had a great time and enjoyed the deck, grill, and dock space the most. Third time we rented Steve’s home for our family vacation. The kids love swimming and fishing by the boat slip. Only minutes from groceries or anything else you might need.
