• 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms + 2 extra twin air mattresses for flexible sleeping arrangements
• Spacious living room with lake views, high-end furnishings, and bar area

• Large deck with seating for 7, smart TV, and flat-top grill
• Private boat slip (C4) included for an additional $30 per night (contact your host)

Smart TVs, games, and extra sleeping space ensure both kids and adults have plenty to do after a day on the water.

Located in Osage Beach at the 19 MM, you're minutes from premier shopping at Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, waterfront dining like Redhead Lakeside Grill and Dog Days, and entertainment spots like Backwater Jack's and Shady Gators. Golf enthusiasts can play The Oaks, Old Kinderhook, or Margaritaville Golf Club, while live music venues, mini golf, arcades, and water parks keep the family entertained. With easy lake access, you're also near boat rental services, parasailing, and fishing hotspots.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and community amenities, including lake access, communal heated pool, pavilion, grills, and firepit area.

Interaction Preferences:
Our smart systems allow for guest access without host interaction — however, your LakeDays Rentals - Casago team is always nearby to support your stay and respond to requests.
VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

We love staying at topsiders. It’s a great condo complex. The pools are awesome, and the location of the complex is very accessible.
