Windows on the Water è nel bellissimo quartiere recintato Margarantville Tantara. Questa bella casa è direttamente sull'acqua dal canale principale con vista sull'acqua a perdita d'occhio !! I tramonti sono bellissimi! La casa è rilassante e accogliente. La casa è appena stata rinnovata con nuovi tappeti, vernici, mobili e biancheria da letto. Si tratta di 4 camere da letto / 4 bagni. La casa è ideale per una famiglia numerosa / gruppi C'è molto spazio per tutti! Ha una cucina completamente arredata e ampie camere da letto. Deve essere 25 in affitto.

La 4a camera da letto è una suite suocera che è il 3 ° piano della casa è separata da scale fuori porta. Tutte le camere sono molto grandi e tutte hanno i loro ponti. Ti piacerà

The property for our very good for the number of people we had. The pictures on the site did not portray the house correctly. There was no fireplace in the house. The dehumidifier had not been kept running so the mother in law suite had a musty smell and we could not use the closet because of the smell. Overall it was a nice vacation for our family of 11.

Great home.

Beautiful home, great view. Wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the balconies over looking the lake but we were very comfortable in the house. Would love to go back when it was warmer to enjoy all the amenities.

Perfect for a conference weekend

We had a group of 9 people for a conference at margaritaville over the weekend. The house was perfect - everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathroom space to get ready in the morning. The kitchen provided tools to make a meal for all 9 of us. The location was perfect and a phenomenal view. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Lakefront property, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the accommodations of the property. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 16, and had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The view of the lake is breathtaking and we spent a lot of time lounging on the deck around the fire taking in the view. Property was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jill was great to work with during our booking and any questions we needed she answered them right away.

Beautiful week at the Lake

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms are large with plenty of space and the view is nothing but spectacular. The mother-in-law suite has no inside connection to the home. You must walk up the hill to come in the front door. Although this did not cause a problem for us, it may for other travelers. We highly recommend this home and will definitely look to rent it again.

Great Location; Awsome View

This was a perfect property for our group of eight, (alhough, anymore may feel a little crowded in the common areas), definately just two in the kitchen at a time. Only one bedroom was accessible without stairs, something to keep in mind if that is an issue for you. Lake view was gorgeous, but no easy access to the lake on the property. Parking was easy, we were attending a function at Margaritaville and were able to walk or take a golf cart. Overall very pleased with the property.

The house was wonderful, the owner emailed me to disregard the check in for a house that wasn’t mine that I didn’t receive any information on, also the owner asked me some questions in the direct messages tab on vrbo that seemed like a scam, but everything worked out fine.

Quiet with great view

We were a group of six who wanted to sit on the deck and watch the water and the sunset. This place was perfect. A little hard to find using the maps on our phones but once we got there it was very quiet and comfortable. It was mid week and early in the season so there were no neighbors that we could hear or who could hear us. Also, there was a problem with our original booking at the last minute and the management was very helpful in getting us into a new place. I also emailed the management with several questions and found them very responsive. The only problem we had was finding the trash dumpsters (not at the house but down the road and we couldn’t get the key to work). Since we were driving, we took the trash home but that wasn’t ideal.

Family Vacation

Could have been cleaned better prior to arriving there was a rush job as cleaners were still there when we arrived. Leak under kitchen sink took 2 1/2 days to fix. Came home to a soaked cabinet n kitchen floor 3 different times. Dishwasher smells like rotten eggs n doesn't clean the dishes. Centipedes in the basement along with spiders. Railing about to come off lower deck. Good view & location but wouldn't rent this house again.

I did not like this property

It is almost impossible to get hold of property manager and talk about issues. All Propane tanks were empty for grill and fire pit Light in deck were broken and refrigerators in bedrooms also were broken. I tried to contact the property manager but no response. Overall I didn't like their csutomer service

Not as expected

The property owner needs to upgrade there water system. The water coming out of the faucets had settlement in it. Could definitely invest in a water softener/filtration system. Toilets didn't flush well. Upon arrival the front door was left open, I'm assuming the housekeeper didn't shut the front door or lock it. The gas grill needs replaced badly. All the burners are rusted out and only work half way. There was still painters tape on the walls and ceiling.

Something is wrong with the pipes or plumbing

I do not know if this applies to the mother-in-law portion. However, in the main living space any time a sink or shower was on or toilet was flushed, there were gargling noises that came from the pipes and drains or the toilet made noises. When the toilet made noises, sometimes water with splash up onto the toilet seat. At one point, the shower drains shot up some black substance in the bottom of the tubs. In the two rooms downstairs, we were not sure or did we trust that flushing the toilets would not overflow them. The toilets seem to have trouble flushing with very little toilet paper. Overall, this day was not too bad we were just concerned about the plumbing and water circulation to all bathrooms and kitchen. Thank you!
