Summer Getaway

Two families of four comfortably stayed for a full week. Rooms were huge and beds very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked though a little tight. Two BBQs was a surprise but worked out well when we ran out of propane of the main floor. Great decks allowed for outdoor relaxation and conversation. Estate pools were amazing: main pool had a great view of the lakes and the other pool was quiet and shaded. Spent a lot of time relaxing with a book pool side between outings. Deer all around the area. Patio doors were quite difficult to open which was a slight issue for one of our guests with a disability. One chair in the living room had a broken leg which limited seating. Wish we had known about the golf course on the grounds that we would have taken advantage of (just hop onto a hole and play for free).

Colorful

The pictures were accurate. It is quite colorful and a lovely location near the pool. It’s a spacious home but needs an update of furniture and carpet or a deep clean. Bring beach towels, card games (if it rains) as there aren’t any available. Hopefully, the sliding doors were fixed as we mentioned it to the property manager. One had a broken handle, another was so difficult to open, I couldn’t go on the deck unless my kids were there to open the door. The management company Evolve, knows little about the property. I reached out to them regarding this one & several others. They either didn’t respond, said they didn’t know the answer or told me to reach out to the resort property itself (Margaritaville, Four seasons etc.). Overall, a great location with adequate accommodations and nice amenities.

Good time with the family

House was unbearably hot when we got there. We had to leave for several hours until it cooled down. None of the AC units were on even though they knew we were coming. House needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards were dirty and carpets needed shampooed. Over all house was great. Never saw one bug inside while we where there. Plenty of space and the decks were great! I would stay there again.

Peaceful getaway

This house provides plenty of shade which is nice so you can still enjoy the outside. Plenty of room the house is very spacious and everything you could need is nearby. My family and I truly enjoyed this weekend lake getaway.
