This 1 story sprawling ranch home has tons of room to spread out and relax. Located on 3.5 private acres (half of which is fenced) right in the middle of Osage Beach.

The home features an in-ground saltwater pool, a brand-new hot tub, an enormous game room featuring a pool table, 65" television, Ping Pong table, corn hole, Pop a Shot and beer fridge. A perfect hangout spot for the entire group!

The pool area is a private enclave with plenty of seating, a fire pit and a brand-new propane grill. A great place to relax and unwind and an easy area to keep the kids entertained every day of your trip. No hauling floaties and towels to some public swimming spot. Soak up the sun right in your own back yard!

The home has a newly renovated, fully equipped luxury kitchen. Everything here is new. You'll make great meals to remember for your entire group! There are 3 dining room tables, 2 inside (an 8 top and a 6 top) and 1 outside (an additional 6 top). We also have TV trays for extra diners.

This home has an enormous living room space with 3 full couches and additional chairs that can be easily moved to join the group. A large 65" smart television (plus cable) is perfect to log in to all of your favorite programs. Relax, talk, watch a movie or if the weather calls for it, start the electric fireplace. You will feel right at home.

Need some extra space to talk or a place for the kids to game or watch a show? The side family room is perfect. This room features an additional full-size couch, a couple of cozy chairs and an additional flat screen.

The Big Event is broken up into 2 wings. The first wing features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin over full bunks with a smart television. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and a full bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed and a twin bed with pull out twin trundle. Bathroom 2 is a full bath with shower

The second wing of the house features 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed. Bedroom 6 has 2 queen beds.

Head outside to the large yard. So much room for a wooded wedding, a large event, for kids to run around and to set up a volleyball or badminton net!

The home has lots of parking. A large driveway that will fit 6 cars! We will allow a boat trailer to be parked on the left side of the home if you are bringing a boat.

We also have someone we work with if you are looking for a boat slip. It is 10 x 24. It's a first come first served basis so please check with us for availability.

The Big Event is 3 minutes from Margaritaville, 1 minute from the Oaks golf course, 3 minutes from the brand new Macadoodles liquor store, Red Head Yacht Club and Shorty Pants and 10 minutes from Dierberg's, Hy-Vee, Aldi, Walmart and all the other great lake restaurants.
