Located within the Knolls Resort, guests of the home will be able to take full advantage of community perks such as sparkling indoor and outdoor pools, soothing hot tub, sauna, and steam room, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, kid’s playground, a spacious clubhouse with a serving area, game room with ping pong and foosball, gym with treadmills and weights, swim dock, and even a boat launch and trailer parking for your own personal exploration of these winding waterways. When you’re in need of a break, retreat to the home to relax on the breezy deck, sipping a refreshing cocktail as you gaze out at the serene landscape.



For those seeking even more family-friendly attractions, the greater Ozark area is home to scenic hiking trails, mini-golf courses, and water parks, ensuring that there's something for all ages to enjoy. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. A pack-and-play baby crib is also available in the property for guest use.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-over-full bunk bed, smart TV, and shared ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit does not have a private grill. However, guests are welcome to use the community grill located near the playground

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Parking passes are required and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times while on the property. Passes will be located in the home upon arrival.

• The condo is a single level with no stairs inside. However, the entrance is on the buildings third floor, requiring two flights of stairs from the parking level.

• Guest are also welcome to use the community charcoal grill near the playground.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
