Right on the Water! 21.5 mm

A lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Lake Condo with an excellent view! Access gate to the lake from the private deck. It is a bottom floor unit right on the water. Unit is fully equipped with all the major appliances including a dishwasher. A new TV in the living room and in the master bedroom. This unit is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. Three Seasons Resort is located very close to many restaurants, marinas, golf courses, shopping, and everything else that is fun at the lake. Shorty Pants Bar and Grill is located just on the other side of our parking lot. This condo is a great place for a relaxing getaway, golfing/ fishing weekend, or any reason you need to get away from the city.

Perfect place to stay right on the water. The host was very responsive and offered up great suggestions for places to dine. Shorty Pants was amazing! Extremely clean condo and very inviting. Had all that you need for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!

The condo was delightful….clean and well equipped. We spent hours on the patio by the water, and loved wandering over to Shorty Pants Cajun restaurant. Very close to all the attractions around Osage Beach/Lake Ozark. Communication with host was exceptional.

Smarty Pants is right next door with good food and 2 frozen drinks available. Fun hats, tshirts and jackets. They had inside/outside bar service, a few tv’s and chairs for fun in the sun: people n boat watching. The condo was clean, quiet during sleep hours and had a terrific water view. The Pella sliding glass doors had 1” thick wooden broom handles to secure their locking mechanisms. The best sliding doors ever invented with the moving louvers inside between the window panes. A wide stone covered pathway between the seawall and condo patio was a refreshing walk after a long drive! Great directions for how to use condo amenities and easy lock/unlock digital door security. You supply your own, easy to remember, code.

The condo was lovely; very clean, organized, and welcoming. The instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and helpful. It's fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen gadgets, which made the stay home-y. The location is equally awesome, with a great view of the lake. I was concerned approaching the building: it had snowed 5-7" and I was worried the hills in the parking lot would make driving difficult... but everything was cleared sufficiently, complete with salt and gravel. There were no problems. Thanks and again and I hope everyone enjoys their stay!

So much to do in the area and all such a close and convenient drive that we honestly didn’t even use the condo amenities (it was also late October). Everything was easy and clean and looked amazing though and Darren was a fantastic, friendly, and gracious host answering every question promptly and helping us tourists find some cool spots!

The condo was very clean when we arrived and just steps away from the water. We stayed here for the Big Bass Bash, and it was in a goof spot for fishing. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient stay on the lake!

Enjoyed our stay. Property was everything advertized, however it was somewhat misleading because I assumed some things. Yes, it's right on water but I assumed a beach front and not a lake wall. And I assumed there would be no stairs because it was on bottom floor. Steps were challenging to us as older adults but we managed. Owner was super helpful and check on us when we arrived and after we left. Would stay again if could get 2nd floor location.

Clean and comfort with a great view

The condo is beautiful and updated. Its very clean and has a great view. Its close to a lot of local places to shop and eat. The restaurant next door is a great place to go to unwind thats within walking distance.

Cozy and accommodating

This was our annual trip with sister. We had a great time! Great location where we wanted to visit. The Condo was very comfortable and it was easy access to get to dock with just 2 steps off the deck to walk to catwalk onto dock. About a 30 second walk. Has a great view and the host was very accommodating checkin to make sure we got into property and if you need anything or have questions response time is quick. We will stay here again and recommend a great stay. Thank you again for sharing your property!

We have stayed in this condo area before. The host was terrific in getting back to us on any questions. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked great. We could go right out off the patio to the lake and the view was wonderful from the patio. Will definitely stay there again. We were visiting our son that lives in Osage Beach.

Impromptu Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was wonderful to be so close to the water. A 1 minute walk to Shorty Pants bar and restaurant, food was excellent. We will defiantly stay again!

Nothing short of amazing!

The House was very clean, and in a very convenient beautiful location. Walking distance to a few local restaurants, golf courses, and right on the lake with great views. Darren was easily the best host I’ve ever dealt with, easy to get ahold of, and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going good. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Exceeded our expectations

This unit was in the perfect location for our family. The host was amazing! Extremely accommodating and very responsive. My family goes to the Ozarks every year and moving forward we will be renting from Darren from now on!
