“The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic.”

“Staff was helpful. Room was ok and could be cleaned better. Location was ok, gas station right next door and another across the street. I believe there was 1 or 2 fast food restaurants across the street as well. Hotel is right next to the highway which made it easy to go into the city but coming back lots of road construction which had you detour causing a little longer return time”

“Found leftover items from previous guest in the room. Stains on pillows and burn holes in the bed comforter. Website listed “luxury amenities” like bathrobes to which there were none. Unexpected $50 damage deposit fee, not listed on website. Thankful for the early check in but would not book again.”

“We killed a brown recluse spider in the bathroom. They only had 3 towels in the room and no face towels. Had to ask each day I was there for more towels. The bathroom was dirty and had dirty all in the corners. Breakfast was cereal and hard biscuits with sausage. Pancake machine was out of order. Sign advertises best breakfast, but thats a lie! Also the door could be pushed unless. The hinge was broken on it and when mentioned to on duty staff, he said we would need to wait til the morning when...

“It's quiet. The rooms are clean if you have issues Maintenance is pretty quick to get around and take care of it. The staff is friendly loads of parking.”

“The staff were super friendly and this hotel seemed busy so you know they are working hard. I chose this hotel for the price and location and because it featured an indoor and outdoor pool plus a hot tub. Upon arrival I was informed that the outdoor pool was not available nor was the hot tub. Bummer. The indoor pool was a dark shad of blue/green—the same as the outdoor pool. This didn’t look amazing. I was also disappointed that no one came to maintain our room and we were there for 4 nights. I...
