“Tutto molto bello ma durante il giorno c’è veramente tanta gente nel palazzo(aperto anche ai non ospiti per molti piani con mostre, ristoranti etc). Si fa fatica a trovare un ascensore e considerando che l’albergo è tra il 19esimo e il 60esimo piano questo non è bello. Dal tardo pomeriggio tutto più calmo. Forse il periodo di capodanno influisce.”

“The receptionist was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive. She made sure to get out breakfast order every night and even though we had to use google translate, communication was no issue at all. Parking was convenient.”
