“When I got there @ 45 mins early I used the bathroom in the lobby and it was immaculate. They let me check in early, room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The ac worked great.the water pressure was great and hot water stayed hot. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.hot waffles, biscuits and hot gravy, bagels, Danish, coffee, oj cranberry juice. A great value for the price. I'll def return when I'm back in the area.”

“I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access”

“This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.”

We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off.”

However, the next day we were out of our room from 10 am to 530 pm and expected the room to have been cleaned. It wasn’t. “Parking lot is a mess. Check in easy. Everything is old and unclean. We almost left after walking into the room, unfortunately there were not any vacancies in the places we wanted to stay. Washcloth was stained, towels very thin, no tissues, no soap dish for hand washing soap, limited plugs for charging, very thin bed linens. However it did have iron and ironing board, mini fridge and a very small microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We will plan ahead next time so we do not have...

“The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean?
