The walls are thin, so every howling child, family tension and heated conversation is part of your experience. Is it clean? Aside from the poisonous recluse spider, yes. Good location? Yes, aside from the dystopian neighborhood. I booked it at the encouragement of an obsessively cheap associate. It was cheap - across all measures of that concept. I will not book it in the future. “Dirty room, bathroom out date and broken, bed was not organized I stay one night and check out next morning. The room picture they show when you book is false advertise stay away from here. A lot of noise and really bad shape surrounding if by error you want to cancel they stay with your payment, no refund at all, very disappointed.”

“Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel.”

The staff rarely answered the phone, and when they did, they were unhelpful and couldn’t properly address even basic questions. That’s like most hotels around here so I don’t even bother with them.
