“We enjoyed our visit. The cabins were exactly what we expected. We had some Internet issues the first two days of our visit, but the host was quick to respond and helped resolve the issues. The beds were comfortable. The cabin sleeps 6, but the pullout couch was not the most comfortable. I’d say the pullout couch is best for small children. And once the pullout bed is down, there is no space to get out the door. Just some things to consider. Overall it’s hard to beat the location and beach right...

“We weren't planning on staying inside very much, so although it was a little tight for two adults and two kids under 12, it wasn't a problem at all. Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and there was plenty of outdoor seating available. We also appreciated the kayaks and life jackets available. The location was really good too, a short drive from Oscoda and Tawas.”

“Island Cove was perfect for our family vacation. The house fit the six of us (plus two infants and two dogs) comfortably, and everyone loved spending time at the beach, on the pontoon boat, and playing yard games. The check in and check out procedures were simple. It's so rare to find a place like this that ticks all the boxes - great location, easy rental experience, plenty of amenities, and the ability to bring the dogs along for the fun! We'll definitely rent again.”
