I always enjoy my stay at Lazy Fish, the location and view can't be beat and I love that bringing the dog along is an option there. Tim and Nancy are great with communication and were helpful when we left charcoal for the grill at home. The cabins are older but I can see the updates every year. It has everything needed for a short stay in this unit.

Great location, right on the sandy shore of Lake Huron. The hosts were responsive to an electricity issue and worked quickly to resolve it. The bath linens were super soft!

This little cottage was small but it was manageable. It was quite warm and we brought our own fan which helped. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. It was a quiet couple of days which we appreciated. The other units look like they are getting some updates. Overall, it was a good experience.

This little place has the perfect location. Between Oscoda and Tawas. So many great places to eat.The beach was great. It is quiet and relaxed. Plenty of seats up on the deck, and a few more down on the beach. They have the little amenities in the room that make it even more comfortable - coffee, cups, refrigerator, and microwave. Shower runs hot. Quick and easy check-in. Hosts respond in minutes. Looks like renovations and repairs are being done to one end of the building, I do hope they keep the same "up-north" decor. The place was clean, neat, organized, lots of towels, extra blankets. The fire pit is nice, and there is a supply of firewood. A nice beach walk to collect driftwood, and you're all set.

I needed a weekend away and wanted to be close to water. This property fit the bill quite well and I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Spectacular view, quaint, cute and cozy cottage!

We both loved this location and the property! This place was beyond our expectations. Real old time on the beach cottage, being restored to their former glory by excellent new owners. We’re coming back!

Anniversary stay

We’ve visited here now a couple times. Always a great up north cottage feel, with a great view and steps from the beach literally!!! Great to just relax and unwind… exactly what we needed. We will be back again..

Excellent location! Owners are very attentive! The cabin is perfect for 1-2 people that don't need much space. Nice alternative for people who enjoy a low key private area. Firepit is located directly outside cabin for convenience. This is our go-to place!
