"L'hotel si presenta bene, è ben tenuto, sembra tutto abbastanza nuovo ed è pulito. Tuttavia se dovessi tornare proverei un'altro hotel, in questo c'è lo stretto necessario ma non c'è aria condizionata, frigo bar e nella mia stanza le lampadine del bagno erano quasi tutte rotte, ne funzionava una ..."

Feversham Arms Hotel & Verbena Spa
"The hotel was a welcoming oasis of comfort and luxury. The swimming pool was warm and enticing and the staff were very attentive. We hope to visit the hotel again. It is in a quiet location the centre of historic Helmsley and handy for the Yorkshire Moors."

"아침식사는 여느 영국 호텔과 마찬가지 음식(베이컨, 소세지, 스크램블 등등)은 무난했으며, 름 컨디션은 아주 좋았습니다. 아파트형(비즈니스호텔)이라 주방과 식기세척기 및 쿡탑 전자레인지가 있어 머무는 21일 동안 저녁 식사는 너무 만족했습니다. 후라이펜, 냄비 또한 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 다만, 욕실 세면대가 작아서 면도, 세수하기에 좀 불편함이 있었으나 샤워부스의 수압이나 온수는 잘 나왔습니다"
