Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. “We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again. Room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels, tea, coffee supplied in the room. Breakfast included in the morning was beautiful and had plenty to choose from. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wasn't too noisy as situated just off the main square so got a good nights sleep. Close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants.”

“We stayed 3 nights and the experience was excellent. Clean, quiet and superb breakfast included. Ate dinner in the pub twice which was very good. No downsides, just that there was no cot available for the baby. No issues as we were told that in advance so brought our own. Also the single bed in our room was very squeaky. “A lovely stay at the Royal Oak for one night. Very friendly and attentive staff. They were more than happy to arrange late access to the property due to us having to return to the room late at night. Breakfast was excellent, with options for full English or kippers, plus plenty of toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. The car park is very small, and can't accommodate all vehicles, however there is ample parking on the road at the front of the property. The room was comfortable with clean linens....
