The Golden Fleece Hotel, Thirsk, North Yorkshire
Wonderful stay. Greeted initially by a friendly face from Louise who was very informative and quick check-in. Slept like a log, very comfortable bed. Great sized room, well-equipped bathroom with a shower that had great pressure. Lovely area nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist had booked guests in a million times and was very efficient. Kitchen was beautiful. We really appreciated the home baked lemon loaf cake that was waiting for us on arrival. The expresso machine was great but would’ve appreciated instructions and only enough expresso powder for one cup - had to go buy more immediately.
