“We loved sitting at the beach. It was very peaceful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and we heard footsteps alot from the 3rd floor. That was our only complaint. Very nice resort.”

“It was my first time to stay at a motel for two nights and I didn’t expect a five star hotel. I do not think there was a good insulation between the walls so that we could hear a dog next door barking like he was right there. People’s conversation and TV were clearly heard too. We did not have people with their dog next door on our second night and it was quiet. I found toiletries were short for a couple. ”

“The top floor room was over-warm overnight and the AC, while efficient, was too noisy to leave running. Leave your window open 24/7 and ignore the traffic noise with earplugs...”

“The hotel was being painted restaurant was closed due renovations. No hotel parking. Smelt like paint everywhere. To be charged the rate was ridiculous. Never will stay again. ”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”

“This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. ”

“Room was clean, most everything worked except the heater/air conditioner. The desk phone didn't work, no issue there, who uses landlines anyway. The staff gave us a heater. It hasn't hot enough to worry about A/C. They were very apologetic. ”
