“They had us down for two rooms, which I did not reserve. A couple who was there with us, arranged their own room and I knew that. So I want to know how Expedia had me down for two rooms. I need a refund from Expedia NOT from Hilton. I will be calling Expedia for an explanation and a refund.”

“We loved our stay here. Not your typical cookie cutter hotel. Had an old yet modern vibe and the rooms had a lot of character and were very clean. Staff was amazing, parking was simple. I couldn’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.”

“My stay at the Westin was amazing due to the outstanding attention and care of the front desk staff. They helped me get acquainted with the area, addressed my questions and concerns, and put me at ease as I was unfamiliar with the area (I was in town for my nephew’s graduation). The room I was in during my stay was clean, bright, and light with a wonderful view. Overall, I was more than satisfied with the Westin! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.”

“Loved the location. It's a block away from the football stadium! Next to the train station if you want to leave the car in the parking garage. Train gets you to the baseball stadium. Great variety of restaurants within walking distance too.”

“The shower was kind of gross. Hair in the showing. Other than that clean. Not very happy with the $30 parking. I feel as tho parking should be included. Then the same lot i parked in is $5 if you pay through the parking place vs the hotel. Kind of a scam if you ask me. I asked about it and they said that they charge different prices even tho it’s the same lot. The hotel charges more. The staff was very nice tho. We liked the snack place downstairs very convenient. ”
