“I needed to leave early morning to catch a 7 pm train. The checkout process was super-smooth thanks to the attention that Ms Nandini (executive in charge at 06.15 am of 13 June) gave to it. She took care to make sure the breakfast basket had nothing missing, and completed the checkout very efficiently.”
