“The apartments are located in south Brisbane, 50 meters from the Brisbane Convention center and the train station. Nice apartments, enough space, very good furnitures, a small balcony. Wifi very good, personnel kind and professional. No drawbacks, I found what they promised. (I haven't had the time to check the common spaces, the pool and the gymn...)”

Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.”

“We have stayed here a few times to go to shows at QPAC. Have stayed at a few places around South Brisbane and this is our favourite. The rooms are a really good size, very modern and comfortable, nice bathrooms. Pool area is nice, accessible and private. This is definitely my go to option for South Brisbane. ”
