We have really enjoyed our short stay at Civitel, the staff are all helpful and are all ready for support when needed.
The room had been very clean and the location is 10 to 15 mins walk to Athens mall "the biggest in Athens".

It is centrally located and close to various dining options, shopping places, hospitals etc. The breakfast is a nice touch and enough to start your day in the best possible way. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool.
Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less).
Reception staff extremely kind and helpful.
Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.
