“When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay.”

“The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least.”

“The first room smelled of smoke and was dirty and in need of a thorough gutting and remodel. The reception found us another room which was cleaner but I would not stay at this hotel again. It desperately needs to be upgraded inside and out. I think the price was too high for the condition and quality of the rooms and location.”

“Room and common areas were clean. Staff at front desk were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with ample supply of most foods. The woman overseeing it was always checking the serving area, replenishing and cleaning as necessary. She and the front desk person both advised me when they were close to shutting down for the morning, wanting to ensure I had everything I wanted before they took it away. “The Bistro gets overloaded and slow. Suggest you develop a quicker process and more self-service options. I also think free coffee in the lobby would be a basic amenity, unless you want to open the bistro at 5a. People need coffee to wake up”
