“Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our toilet flooded right after check-in and staff responded quickly and professionally to address the situation. Room was clean, well maintained and great for any length of stay for business or pleasure. Breakfast had excellent variety and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you ”

“Everything in the room is very old, and there was no notice that the waterslide was closed until we saw a sign at the check-in counter. This is my birthday trip, so I’m very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

“this was our second time staying here and will not be going back. we checked in to our room and the bed was broken and it was sunken in the middle. they did switch our room whick was nice but that room the beds were squeeky we just delt with it. there was a dog on our floor that kept us up all night. ogs should be kept to 1 floor ”

“There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice.”

“The property was very pet-friendly. The staff at breakfast were excellent. The woman in charge continually replenished all the food, and announced when the additional food was available.”
