“I was in this hotel some years a go already, it needs to be refreshed.”

“The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. “My second time staying at Zazz Hotel, location is great & staff always so helpful. The breakfast section is small but fulfilling from bread salad cooked food to dessert & fruit. Plus point that they have changed the amenities to be more environment friendly that really impressive for a small scale hotel in district 5. Will definitely stay again on my next trip”

“ Apartment was clean and very nice, with pool and gym. It also does have elevators so if the site says it does not that is not correct. Its a 20 min walk to about everything you would want to do in District 1 or less. ”

“Clean room, great location in the city center that we can walk to shops and restaurants (less than 15 min walk). The host was very helpful; she responded to our question and addressed the issue immediately. The check in process was a bit confusing since there was no front desk person but when we figured out what we were supposed to do, this became easy. We enjoyed our stay and would book this again next time we come visit Saigon.”
