“Everything was absolutely amazing. Shout out to Ashley who took the time to make us feel welcome and had great suggestions on local points of interest. The Seacity Museum was awesome! Jaime the manager even loaned us his personal umbrella when it started to rain. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and comfortable. They also have a wonderful restaurant and the food is delicious.

“This "boutique style hotel" is awesome. The staff go way above and beyond. The rooms are exquisite.We stayed here twice to this month, and both times were excellent. The hotel is close to the cruise port.We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Southampton.”

“L'hotel si trova in un'area di sosta dell'autostrada. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni senza fermarsi solo a Southampton che dista comunque 10 min di macchina. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, i rumori da fuori si sentono poco e c'è un ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Molto comodo anche il mc donald's e lo shop attaccati all'hotel e aperti 24h ( siamo arrivati in hotel alle 3 a.m.).

“I stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think it’s a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere ”

“The staff were helpful and welcoming. They reminded guests at check in to register the vehicle registration for the free parking. It was something I found unclear from Expedia and other reviews. I was so relieved to congregate free parking when I arrived, especially as there were signs in the car parking listing the rates.
Tasty food, complimentary fruit and warm cookies from the reception staff. Comfortable beds. Happy customers. ”

“Parked at Sainsbury's using JustPark then five mins walk to accom. Easy to find and was on top floor in the roof conversation. VERY warm night and almost slept outside instead. Couple fans would have been great. Bed was comfy. Shared shower and kitchen spaces with the other residents ”
