Hotel vicino a Osprey Park - Tsawwassen First Nation

“Basic hotel, poor conditions of room and its contets. Shower has no haging points, shower head does not work well, no vetilation, kitchen tools are old, A/C is right on the bed's level hence could not be used during the night in hot weather as it freeses the occupants and it is very noisy.”

“Room was clean. They went above and betond and provided a fan for my room. Only real complaint is the water pressure ”

“A great spot! A bit more clarity with check in instructions would be helpful. As well, the ability to have the door open allows for the only fresh air. I tried sitting on the wee patio with the door propped open and it started beeping after a couple of minutes. ”

“The front desk staff was excellent-he did his best to get us a quiet room when the hotel was very busy with a large hockey team. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent!”

“Pickup was cheerfully provided from and to the airport. The room was fun, the amenities were plentiful and there was breakfast to go as I had an an early departure. All in all a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts.”

“Was great. We had a very late arrival, and the simple solutions after talking with the desk prior to our arrival was so appreciated after a long drive. ”

“Our room wasn't very clean but the staff was quick and helpful when dealing with the issues. They were great during our entire 4 day stay. The beds were comfortable but small. The pool was way smaller than expected but the kids had fun anyway. The breakfast was pretty good and had things like eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, baked goods, and some fruit. Overall it was ok.”

“Poco distante dall’aeroporto ed è comodo per raggiungere Vancouver city, è una bella struttura che si sviluppa in orizzontale, con tanto parcheggio e anche un po’ di spazio verde. Le camere sono moderne anche se un po’ piccole rispetto alla media canadese.”

“They should add hand soaps and/or hand sanitizers in every bathroom.”

“I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot”

“We only stayed for one night but check in and check out was very easy and pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. ”

“My husband and I were reviewing our stay when we left the hotel. The staff is just EXCELLENT. They are very very accommodating and enthusiastic and helpful. The decor is..well..needs help. The black dark hallways are abysmal..the rooms are decent but nothing..and I mean nothing flows. It is chopped up. The entrance is small for a hotel of this size. The check in desk is like a kiosk and it is placed in the worst possible spot. Would I stay here again? Only for the staff.”
