“The property had old or used furniture in the lobby and rooms. I could not sit down on the couch in the room due to stains on the couch There was no carpet on the floors in the rooms, I found hairs in the shower, and the hallway carpet was coming up from the floor. The front desk young lady was kind and helpful when other guests were noisy. Also, there was mold outside on the air conditioner ”

“The GPS took us to an abandoned building. It took an hour with several phone calls to finally get the hotel itself and find out where they actually were. The staff was very nice, but the room was very musty. The halls and lobby were fine. When I mentioned it to them, they said it had rained a lot and the moisture was coming inside. I'm no expert, but a good air conditioning system should remove the moisture.”

“The room was very clean. air conditioner worked great. Did have the smoke detector go off.The staff handled this. Night desk agent was very rude as I arrived at 5am and simply asked if I could store my bags. He got angry and actually slammed the night window closed and left. He stated the hotel was full as there was another potential guest asking about rooms. Instead of letting me store my bags and then walk around Savannah. (I arrived on the Amtrak, and took an Uber to drop my bags at 5am. )...

“Good value for price. Slight strong smell when first entered room, but after running the AC it went away. I’m also very sensitive to smells so could just be me. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, breakfast options were great, check-in was smooth and in a good location. The hotel owner/attendant was very friendly!”
