“Over all the building was very nice. The night we arrived it took over 3hours for our room to even start to cool off. We asked for extra pillows the first night and was told “I’ll put in a request, but there’s no housekeeping for tonight”. Was gone all the next day, came back to no extra pillows. We went down to the pool. What a joke the pool was ICE COLD AS WELL AS THE HOT TUB. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t that great. Eggs where cold. Waffle batter tasted old. No milk.”

“I checked in around 9pm after driving 6 hours. I run to the store, come back and the room is atrocious. Stains on both comforters, stains on the pillow cases, stains on the desk chair. Rusted metal lamps, dirty food stain on bed rails. Smelled like cigars. Went to the front desk, they smiled in my face and said your past an hour of check-in and they cant do anything. Immediately left and Expedia took care of it. There are other hotels nearby”

“Bathroom could have been cleaner. Especially the bath tub. Although I requested non smoking room. My room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Stains noted on bedspread.”
