“Clean and quiet”

“Arrivata alle 13 la camera non era pronta. L’addetta mi comunica che mi manderà un messaggio per avvisare quando la stanza è pronta. Messaggio mai arrivato. Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Room was beautiful. When we arrived, J at the front desk greeted us immediately as was so nice and helpful. Even offered us a glass of champagne! Such a treat! Thank you do much for all the little things everyone did to make our 2 night stay so wonderful! ”

“Everything was great! Staff very friendly, service at the bar was amazing, everyone gave us tips on places to visit, we had an amazing view to the river and it was for a very good price!!! ”

“While driving down the cobblestone street, we missed the turn to the Inn and had to drive around the block again to get to the entrance, but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. After parking , we were met by a male staff member who assisted us into the lobby. Check-in was quick and easy. The gentleman then took us to the entrance of our building and our room entrance. He returned shortly after with two glasses of wine and a plate of hors d’ oeuvres. The room was nicely decorated and...
