“Our stay at this house surpassed all our expectations. Everything was very clean and well stocked with many little amenities and personal touches. The grounds have the most amazing views, especially in springtime. Mrs Rossella was a most gracious host. She was attentive to any of our needs. We had a wonderful experience with a chef as well. The hosts recommended her, and our dinner was unique and delicious! We will definitely come back to this house and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. “Ottima comunicazione e procedure di check-in e check-out. Lo spazio esterno e’ ben curato, la piscina e’ piccolina, ma comunque importante per rinfrescarsi e rilassarsi e ha uno spazio dedicato all’idromassaggio molto apprezzato! La casa si trova all’interno del paese, ma e’ comunque abbastanza silenziosa. Interni “vintage” e arredamento un po’ datato, ma nel complesso siamo stati bene... promossa!!!”
