Questa bellissima casa nuova a Osterville ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza fantastica! La casa è stata costruita nel 2004 e ha 3300 piedi quadrati su 1. 14 acri. Quattro grandi camere da letto con tutte le nuove lenzuola e tre e mezzo molto ben arredate bagni offre spazio per diffondere e rilassarsi nello stile. La cucina personalizzata presenta contatori in granito, in primo piano gli elettrodomestici e tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per i pasti familiari o per divertirsi in larga scala. Diverse aree di vita, tra cui un ampio soggiorno, un ufficio e una grande sala giochi, rendono le vacanze familiari divertenti anche se piove fuori! L'esterno della casa è grande e professionalmente paesaggistico con sentieri, un ponte e una vasca idromassaggio.
La suite matrimoniale dispone di un letto king size con bagno e si trova al primo piano.
Il secondo piano dispone di un ulteriore 3 camere da letto molto grandi e un nuovo bagno completo. Una camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una ha un re e due doppie e una ha due regine. Inoltre al secondo piano c'è un ufficio e una grande camera familiare perfetta per i bambini.
Il livello più basso ha uno spazio aggiuntivo di 1100 piedi quadrati con una sala giochi e un bagno completo.
Questa casa ben arredata dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, due caminetti a gas, un grande ponte posteriore e un cortile ben curato.
Osterville Village è uno dei sette villaggi della città di Barnstable. Situato sul lato sud del Capo, il Village si affaccia sul bellissimo Nantucket Sound. Durante i mesi estivi, molti eventi si svolgono nel villaggio. Risalente al 1600, la terra era originariamente conosciuta come Cotachessett. Mentre Oystering guadagnava popolarità, la terra divenne nota come Oysterville, si crede che il nome Osterville fosse il risultato dell'errore di ortografia del nome originale.

Beautiful home in a nice area close to everything. The home was very comfortable with everything that you need at your fingertips. Host was very kind and reachable for any concerns or needs. Would definitely come back and stay in this lovely home.

The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The bedrooms were all huge, and there was plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, which as a family who cooks together, we really appreciated. Maria was very prompt in her responses to questions that we had. We are hoping to return next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were a big group with three young kiddos and we were able to fit VERY comfortably in this beautiful house! The area was perfect and only 5 minutes away from everything you need! Check in/check out was a breeze as well!

We had a great time staying in this house. We were 7 women visiting for a golf tournament. The house is very spacious with plenty of beds and a very nice yard. The location worked great for us and communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely rent again!

The house had plenty of room for our family and actually could have held many more than the nine of us who stayed here. It had a great game room, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Now for the bad, our first night the fire alarm went off, after checking for fire and found none, I called the owner and she sent someone out, it took about a half hour for the handy man to respond and he told us that this happened before recently. He really wasn't sure what is causing it, but took out an alarm that he thought was defective. Things like this unfortunately happen, and its totally understandable, but if it happened before, upkeep of the fire alarm should be a priority. We also had a big problem with tiny ants everywhere on the kitchen counter, I had to spray the counter twice but they kept on coming. After throwing out food that were infested by theses tiny ants, We couldn't leave anything on the counter concerned the ants would get into everything. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but the ant infestation made the stay less desirable.

We had 10 family members from the ages of 11-71 staying in this beautiful home. It had EVERYTHING you could possible need or want. It has a large variety of bath towels and beach towels. You do not need to bring any. All linens were supplied which is pretty rare to find on the Cape. All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.The 4 bedrooms are all very large as is the living space, upstairs family room and downstairs bar/game area. A bonus was the large office that was used by our granddaughter as she worked remotely. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tub was enjoyed by many. The neighborhood is so very quiet. It is a short drive to Dowses beach and Craigville beach. The house has a beach pass which will get you into both beaches and all those in Barnstable. Osterville is certainly a very lovely area with some very nice restaurants and some nice, quaint shopping. The oldest members of our family have been going to the Cape for 60 years and this is by far the very best home that met all of our needs. No need to look any further. Maria was a wonderful host and answered all the questions we had in a very timely manor.

We celebrated a family birthday and couldn't have been happier. The place was clean and better than described. While pretty much everything is a drive from the property, we went in with eyes wide open. The air hockey table wasn't working and while the property manager was responsive, it wasn't possible to fix during our visit, which was the only detractor. Would.definitely stay here again!

Our family of 9, ranging in age from almost 2 to 71, had an incredible time at the Cape in this beautiful home. The house was just as pictured and described--only better. The rooms were huge, there we so many spaces for people to spread out, the yard and deck were user friendly, and the hot tub was an amazing way to relax at night when the kids were asleep. All the furnishings and accoutrements were high quality, the decorating was top notch, and they had a Weber grill outside! The downstairs has a pool and air hockey table, a full bar setup, and another large screen tv, but we rarely were down there because we preferred being outside--it would be great for a fall or winter getaway, though. We were thrilled to be near so many shopping and eating areas and it was a short ride to Craigville Beach, which we love. (bathhouse, showers, food stands, lifeguards, and plenty of space). By the way, the owners kindly provide a beach pass which is good at ALL Barnstable County beaches, not just Dowses. We are already talking about coming back again next summer when our family will have another little one--there are lots of extra spaces to put another kid!. We appreciated all the little touches--welcome bottle of wine, tvs and laundry hampers in all the rooms, and tons of bath and beach towels. Thanks to Maria and Cynthia for sharing their amazing home and giving us a fantastic vacation!

This was the perfect spot for four couples. The house is as lovely as the pictures suggest and everything is high end—the furnishings, the linens, etc, and it is stocked with everything you might need (except a tea kettle). We had plenty of room to gather or spread out for some privacy. The house is also centrally located with tons of activities, shopping, and restaurants close by. Oh, and Dowses Beach, which the owner provides a parking pass for, is beautiful. We will definitely visit again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maria's house. The house is beautiful and incredibly spacious! We had 5 adults and 5 kids stay for a week and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the beautiful yard and great basement area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the home. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The road is very quite with very little cars which was great and the landscaping is incredibly well maintained. Everything at the house made it feel warm and welcoming and very relaxing. The only potential negative is that it is not within walking distance to a beach but the house does come with a pass for the nearby Dowes beach which was lovely. In terms of location otherwise we found it very convenient to shops, stores, restaurants etc. It off of 28 so you can easily make your way to other places on the Cape. We would absolutely stay here again!
