Bella trulli medievale con piscina e vista mare negli oliveti vicino a Ostuni

Santa Caterina è una casa vacanze particolare e bello che è stato restaurato con un apprezzamento raro della semplicità e il fascino dell'originale 'saraceno' trulli. Ciò che distingue questa casa oltre ad altri è la splendida vista sul mare su uliveti, la veranda bel giardino e gli interni eleganti ma semplici. L'ampio giardino e la piscina generoso sono perfetti per la vita all'aperto.

Situato tra le due città storiche di Ostuni e Caravigno Ostuni, è in una posizione ideale per esplorare tutte le bellezze del territorio pugliese.

La casa è attrezzata per rilassarsi all'ombra e mangiare fuori, sia sulla terrazza sul tetto o veranda. Cucina serio è possibile anche con una corretta selezione di pentole, utensili e libri di cucina locali.

Nonostante il caldo di luglio e agosto il fatto che la casa si trova a 300m significa che vi è spesso una brezza di mare.

Entrambe le camere sono dotate di luce ad alta e ariose a volta e con bagno privato e aria condizionata.

La casa si trova in una zona che non soffre del caldo in quanto sempre ventilata e con vista molto bella. È risultata comoda logisticamente verso il mare o altri paesi limitrofi. Piscina molto bella

The location is even better than expected!!! you can travel with your hand luggage since you will find on site everything that you need to settle down and we were welcomed by an amazing basket of fruit :). The house is in the countryside and at he same time few km away from Ostuni and Carovigno. And the host is one of the best one you can dream about. I definitely recommend it !!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in Alleinlage. Alles ist auf sehr gutem hohem Niveau. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist absolut TOP. Wir haben sehr viele Informationen bekommen und auch im Haus gab es für alles Erklärungen. Das ist mehr als gut ausgestattet...es gibt was ZUVIEL. Manchmal wäre weniger mehr. Wir haben für jedes Anliegen etwas gefunden. Top Empfehlung!

Architecture très différente, beaucoup de très petites routes pour y arriver mais on ne s’est pas perdu avec les coordonnées que le propriétaire nous avait envoyés. Un peu d’amour pourrait y être ajouté, ex: oreillers un peu dure, les serviettes rugueuses mais sans plus

Lovely property, set in the countryside framed with olive trees. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , we were 5 and worked well. Perfect for a summer getaway where you love outdoors. Pool and facilities are perfect, plenty of lounge chairs and shade, with the sea in the distance. Along country lanes accessing popular Ostuni and divine Carovigno. Lanes are perfect for wondering or riding bikes but alas the bikes offered were unrideable . Hot water on and off but otherwise lovely property. And hopefully will return.

We were a group of 6 - parents with adult children who all enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Santa Caterina. Three good sized bedrooms with private showers and plenty of seating areas outside. There was everything we needed; coffee pot, cooking utensils, sun loungers, towels, toiletries, etc. Beaches, supermarkets and historic towns were easily reached. Monopoli and Lecce were two favourites of ours. Thank you to Edmund and Angelo for the generous welcome pack and for sorting out a problem we had with one of the showers quickly. A lovely property in a beautiful place.

We stayed during a very hot spell and were glad of the extensive and comfortable outdoor spaces with plenty of shade. This house really lends itself to sunshine and warmth and the outdoor areas are superb. Lovely generous welcome kit and the house has everything you could wish for. Extremely well equipped. Great base for touring Puglia.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam, der Pool ganz wichtig, um die Hitze auszuhalten. Ein schönes Anwesen mit Meerblick und ganz viel Ruhe, wo man sich wirklich sehr gut erholen und das Leben geniessen kann.

A fantastic location with wonderful views down to the sea. The outdoor space pool and furnishings are just great. Its a good base for visiting Ostuni and the coast. We had a lovely week. Edmund was extremely helpful responding to all queries quickly.

This property was perfect for our stay in Ostuni area. The home and amenities are exactly as described, and Edmund was so helpful with directions and information to ensure our time there went smoothly. We loved the outdoor space and the pool. Every evening we would have an aperitif on the rooftop terrace, just so lovely. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked some excellent steaks on the outdoor barbeque. The neighborhood was tranquil situated among acres of olive trees. Many nice memories were made.

Edmund communicated very well from the start of the booking and provided lots of interesting and helpful information. Including a couple of bottles of wine and food on arrival. Very much needed after late late-night journey. The villa itself is down winding lanes in the countryside but that means it is very quiet and you have an amazing view of the sea. Well worth the drive from Ostuni which is still only 10 minutes away and has everything you need for a great holiday. All in all would recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edmund’s house. He is very helpful and respond rapidly to every query. The house is beautiful and very well equipped with all you might need. The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer big independent spaces for everyone. The setting is wonderful and the roof top terrace is truly magical. The neighbouring towns are beautiful and there is lots to visit within 1 hour. We would highly recommend.

We have recently returned from a fantastic week staying in Santa Caterina. The property really is wonderful and is exactly as described and as the photos show. A very tranquil and relaxing place to spend the days, and evenings. We stayed in and cooked (in the very well equipped kitchen) on a couple of occasions - something we would never normally do on holiday but we found it hard to drag ourselves away on some days! Edmund was extremely helpful at all times and the Welcome Pack was very appreciated and superior to any we have ever received elsewhere! On the days we did leave the villa, we especially liked going to Ostuni which had a lovely atmosphere, both by day and night and was very easy to get to in under 10 mins. It really was a special week and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Old stone building house, insight nice decorated Trulli ambience. Big garden with a wide view and large swimming pool. Edmund deliver super information about the house and the area and react very quick on demands. Great place to stay with 6 adults. Al bedrooms has a private bathroom.

The house & property far exceeded the already high expectations established by the descriptions & photos on the VRBO listing. A beautiful location. Rural, surrounded by olive groves, narrow roads bordered by rough stone walls. A unique part of Italy, so very different from what I have experienced in the north re atmosphere, temperament, and everyday pace of life. The home has majesty, charm, and paradoxically a hewn-stone high-vaulted intimacy: an aesthetic that was a joy to wake up to every morning. The pool and patio, provided areas of sun and shade, with an Adriatic vista, although our weather in late April to mid-May tended to be rather blustery. The pool will be a joy in warmer months. Beds are quite comfortable, with the luxury of ironed linens. Baths are modern, nicely designed. We did a good deal of cooking, and found the kitchen area, although small, well-equipped, and most serviceable. The villa is an easy 10 minutes by car to either Ostuni or Carovigno. In addition, we enjoyed long walks in the area. In all my considerable VRBO experience, Edmund ranks among the very best VRBO hosts: gracious, congenial, quick to offer advice re what to do in the region, and perhaps most importantly, immediately responsive when there was any sort of unexpected logistical/ technical complication. The communication channels were first-rate. Bottom line: our month at the Ostuni villa was one of great and memorable pleasure. Highly recommended.

Jolie maison bien agencée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Trois chambres, trois salles de bain avec douches et WC, salon coin à manger et cuisine ouverte. Parking, alarmes, éclairage extérieur, belle piscine, belle vue. Nous n'avons pas eu le beau temps pour profiter de la piscine mais il y avait du bois, un poêle et un chauffage au sol efficace. Communication agréable et efficace des propriétaires et d'Angelo sur place. Bref, nous recommandons cet endroit bien situé vers Ostuni.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat einen schönen großen Pool mit Garten und eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer das Haus selbst nutzt. Ein paar Punkte sind etwas unschön aber fallen nicht so sehr ins Gewicht, z.B. die Müllentsorgung im Recylclinghof. Die Alarmanlage im Innen und Außenbereich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, wohl erforderlich wenn das Haus nicht belegt ist. Ich denke aber, dass das Erfordernisse sind, für die der Eigentümer nichts kann. Das Welcome-Package hat uns über den ersten Abend ohne Einkauf gerettet. Der Vermieter hat immer schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert und die Dokumentation im Haus ist vorbildlich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub mit leider etwas viel Regen - für Oktober aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

Skønt hus der levede op til billederne. Dog er køkken og stue lidt mindre en jeg havde forestillet mig. Men er man der om sommeren, betyder det jo ikke noget, da man er ude hele tiden. Vi var 4 voksne afsted, og der var størrelsen passende. Men der kan max sidde 5 om bordet indenfor. Alt i huset fungerede perfekt, og vi nød poolen og udendørsområdet. Vi var der midt i oktober, og der var poolen 18 grader, lidt kold men skønt til en hurtigt dukkert. Havvandet var til gengæld 21 grader, og vi havde stranden helt for os selv. Når solen gik ned, blev det koldt, så ingen aftensmad udendørs. Til gengæld nød vi i stedet de lokale restauranter i området og Ostuni. Edmund er en fantastisk vært, og informationsniveauet meget højt. Vi fik tilsendt en manual til huset, så vi havde alle de informationer vi skulle bruge lige fra kørselsvejledning, instruktioner om alt i huset til tips om indkøb, spisesteder mm. Når vi var i tvivl om noget, slog vi det bare op i den manualen. Skønt hus, område og lokale mennesker.
