“A great hotel ”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean. We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay if out this way again.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful clean and tidy room. gorgeous country views, fully enjoyed the "special attention" from our hosts. The meals and service were amazing. Chef "Stewart" cooked beyond perfection! The spa pool was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the 5 km trail walk around the property. A very calm, relaxing and safe feeling at this lodge. “The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel. “Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

“Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...

When we got there, the spa bath is not working. The manager just said, none of the spa baths are working. Why advertise you have spa baths if they are not working?
