Hotel in zona Otay Ranch, Jamul

“Bfast is not so good, only few bread..scrambles egg and boiled egg. And the coffee is so light like water. Whoever made coffee pls make it atleast medium roast. And the tv, so complicated. I don’t know if I am the only one complaining about it. Ah over all it’s ok.. ”

“Everything was great, the staff was super friendly and super helpful, the room was clean and spacious with my family of 5. THE ONLY thing we had a problem with was the hours of the two other bars/restaurant. Granted we went durn the week but the resort was still busy. The pool side bar was only open on Sunday and Plaza del sol was only open because there was an event going on. Plus the food menu was different at all three. Other than that everything else was amazing. ”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. ”

“Struttura molto bella, attrezzata e ben organizzata. 2 ristoranti a disposizione. Spiaggia piccola e nn attrezzata ma ci sono diverse piscine ”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. “Soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è accogliente e ben tenuta, con personale disponibile. Camera pulita e confortevole. Unico aspetto da segnalare è il rumore proveniente dall’autostrada vicina, che si percepisce soprattutto di notte. Nel complesso un buon posto per una sosta.”
