We kindly request guests to respect our quiet hours, from 10pm to 7am, to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

While our building dates back to the 1950s and carries with it a rich history, please note that it also comes with its quirks. The floors, though not perfectly level, add to the vintage character of the building. Walking across the room may cause some noise, and minor sounds might be audible at the apartment entry points, or from the floor above. However, the building boasts good noise insulation, and it`s rare for conversations from other apartments to be heard.

Despite its age, the building is well-maintained and the apartment has been beautifully designed to offer a comfortable, stylish stay.
