“The food at the Ono restaurant was delicious. The shrimp liguini in particular, was outstanding! Everywhere I went in the hotel and spa, the staff was friendly and efficient.”

“Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Un uomo della manutenzione é entrato in camera (anche se chiusa) senza bussare o chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! Abbiamo urlato e io in mutande gli ho gridato di uscire, lui ha solo detto “OPS CAMERA SBAGLIATA” in reception ,i aspettavo delle scuse invece mi hanno solo detto “ah si lavora qui in hotel come manutentore, ha sbagliato camera””

“POOL was great for kids and families. However rooms have paper thin walls and last night there was so much noise in hallways and other rooms. There was doors being slammed every twenty minutes from 1:30 am till 3 am. Running and yelling in hallways till 4 am. Not a good night sleep at all. Very disappointing”
