“We were very disappointed with this property. We have booked a king suite but the pullout sofa was broken. They had no other room to put us in, thus we had to ask for roll-in beds that were extremely uncomfortable with dirty and stained sheets. We booked this hotel purposely for an advertised hottub which was non operational upon our arrival. The water in the pool was cold and the walk-in sauna was moldy and stinky. “A lovely small hotel on the riverside. Clean room, and decently quiet. The only negative I have for it is that we upgraded to a riverside room, with the expectation that we’d be able to actually see the river. When we checked in it was dark out, and didn’t see until the next morning that dense trees were between us and the river, effectively blocking the view. Front desk staff weren’t able to do anything to switch our room, and when I stated that we had paid extra for this they only mentioned...
