“Parking was atrocious. No reasonable coffee machine in room just some ridiculous espresso gadget. No microwave. Hotels usually scan my credit card for any extras in the room but here they actually charged my card $300 that I should get back in five to ten business days?? Hard Rock hotel Ottawa is out in the country, they little or no facilities for a normal morning breakfast or lunch. If you want a decent tea or coffee and donut it’s 15 kilometres away.”

“The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor.
