“We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work. “You can clearly see that this is an older hotel and that the owner has made an attempt at making improvements. Whoever completed the updates in the bathroom should not be allowed to use tools. I am no contractor but come on, using what I believe to be a hole tube of caulking around the shower is not how you seal new paneling!!! ”
