“Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. “Nessuno è venuto a prendermi in aeroporto, come concordato. Ho scelto questo hotel perché arrivavo di notte e mi hanno confermato il pick up. All’arrivo c’erano solo I pick up dell’hotel Splendid e Palm beach con tanto di cartello. I driver si conoscono e ho chiesto se avevano visto il loro collega del Bravia Hotel. “'The boss' and the other male at reception were welcoming. However the other staff members were not. Iam English speaking I feel they could have tried even a smile. Wifi and aircon good Its safe there is security at night. Feel they should have cleaned my room once in the 4 days I stayed there. That they provide free shuttle should be taken down from travel sites because you pay 5000xfo each way.”
