“Nessuno è venuto a prendermi in aeroporto, come concordato. Ho scelto questo hotel perché arrivavo di notte e mi hanno confermato il pick up. All’arrivo c’erano solo I pick up dell’hotel Splendid e Palm beach con tanto di cartello. I driver si conoscono e ho chiesto se avevano visto il loro collega del Bravia Hotel.
