“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. “L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, accanto alla zona commerciale nel centro di Rotterdam, a piedi si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni della città. L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e curato. Personale sempre molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Ottima la colazione, varia e abbondante. ”
