“Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again.
To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

“Ottima struttura. Personale molto gentile, camere belle e pulite.
Punti di forza:
Zona piscina molto ampia e spaziosa. Questo è determinante perché altre strutture alla medina hanno delle piscine piccole, poco spazio e sono facilmente all'ombra.
Cibo buono e internazionale. C'è anche un ristorante marocchino interno alla struttura.
Golf bellissimo e tenuto in maniera impeccabile.
Punto "debole": quando l'occupazione sale molto si verifica quello che si vede in molti "villaggi...

“Room was lovely, spacious and worked well for our family of 5. The staff are exceptional and the food was varied and offered vegetarians and picky kids plenty to choose from.
The less good….the pools are either freezing or way too warm. Our kids were pumped for the water park but we ended up hardly using it because the water was too cold. There’s one heated pool which is so warm it’s like a bath - on warm days the kids were overheating in it.
