Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home in an exceptional location in the heart of Ouray, just one block from Main Street.
This 2nd-story vacation home, coined Laughing Magpie, features floor-to-ceiling windows and spectacular views of the surrounding peaks, a gas fireplace, mini split airconditiong in the living room and a deck outfitted with a gas grill that is perfect for cooking on while enjoying the scenery.

The primary bedrrom features a queen bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds with the full recently renovted bathroom located just around the orner from the bedrooms. Although this unit does not have a dedicated washer and dryer, there is coin-operated guest laundry room in the complex common area on the lower level of this building.

Guests are welcome to park up to two vehicles in front of this vacation home. Trailers and RV's are not allowed to park in front of the complex. There is complimentary trailer and RV parking at the west end of 9th Ave.

1. Although this unit does not have a dedicated washer and dryer, there is coin-operated guest laundry room in the complex common area on the lower level of this building.

2. This home does not have a dishwasher.

In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
